Hello everybody,

I would like to appreciate the proliferation and activation of T cells
by immunohistochemistry in mouse frozen spleens and lymph nodes after
immunization. I think I can stain PNA or CD69. I know there are more
relevant methods to study this activation but actually I can only get
these frozen organs. Does anyone know if there are other relevant
markers...

All experience in this domain will be welcome...
