I have recently been involved in several safety issues that have got
several Australian Histotechs' Blood boiling.
Could I pose them to you and ask if you could answer them.
Of course any comments would be appreciated. Please email me directly
and I will post the results (no names published) on Histonet in a
weeks time.
Do you use a bunsen burner to heat forceps when you embed? ________
Do you use an embedding centre to embed ? _________
Do you use a 1% or 5% working solution of Potassium Ferrocyanide for
the Perl's stain? ___________
Do you use mercuric oxide in the preparation of Haematoxylin for your
routine H&E? ______________
