Hi Karen,
I abondoned the chrome-alum subbing and Vectobond methods.  I use "plus"
slides for immunos and in-situ, although I have experience with human,
rat, mouse, pig and dog tissue only.
Our histology division also use "plus" slides for alot of their work.
