We are responding to your first question. Yes, the Vector NovaRED
peroxidase substrate provides a permanent color precipitate on tissue
sections which will not fade, even after extended storage. Our real-time,
long term stability data shows that using a permanent mounting media
(such as VectaMount or Permount) and coverslipping the preparation will
retain the strong, crisp, signal of Vector NovaRED, which is ideal for
archiving results.
If you would like to receive a product specification sheet for Vector
NovaRED (cat. no. SK-4800), please forward your fax number to us, or
alternatively, you may access these instructions via our website under
the listing "Protocols."
Sincerely,
