Bless your heart.  Your boss expects way too much from you.  You need at 
least one more person helping you.  Maybe your supervisor who expects you to 
accomplish all of these things should help you for one week to see all that 
is involved.  I hope that they will realize that in order to do this job 
(art) correctly, you need to allow an appropriate amount of time for each 
task.  We are histology technicians, not miracle workers.  Good luck.
