Dear Histonetters,

In response to Tom Kuwahara's complaint about our hydrophobic pens from
Biocare, it is true that we had some problems with the large clear pens. We
discontinued selling them. The vast majority of our clients have been
satisfied with our colored hydrophobic pens.

It is Biocare's policy, if any product is defective, that we will
immediately replace the defective product, and/or return their money, and/or
give our clients credit.
