We also use Crystal Mount. We put the slides in a 60 degree oven for about 20 minutes after applying and then coverslip before giving them to the pathologist. Once the Crystal Mount is dry just coverslip it as you would any other slide (that means that it holds up under the use of xylene and mounting media). We love the stuff!
