Guessing here, but I'd say Elizabeth is referring to zinc salts / Sakura VIP
processors... our lab is using Zfix with our VIP without much to report
either way. We have on rare occasion seen a fair amount of precipitate
in the retort after the clean cycle but it's been to sporadic to diagnose.
