We have had fairly good success with the kappa/lambda using the following
protocol for paraffin embedded tissue sections:
Enzyme = PROTEASE 1, 12 minutes
option = Option 2, 8 minutes. (additional hydrogen peroxidase treatment 3%)
Primary from Ventana, polyclonal = 32 minutes.

Good Luck, Marg

Subject: kappa/lambda

Hi
We have a Ventana ES immunostainer and have not had any success with Kappa
and Lambda.
The Chief says we should try again and I'm hoping someone out there has a
success story to share.
Thanks.
