	** High Priority **

Greetings to all from sunny Charleston, South Carolina!!

I would find it helpful to learn how paperwork such as the
completion death certifiticates (fetal and adult) and disposition forms are
handled at your facility. I realize that there will be variations in
requirements from state to state.

Very simply, I would like to know if pathology personnel are
required to complete/coordinate the completion of such paperwork
	at your facility
	                                                     OR

is this done by another department in your hopsital (and if so,
which one)?
