Joe, Katri, Doreen,
I apply a coverslip over the Crystal/Mount after it has hardened to improve
resolution. Just dip the slide in xylene, drop on compatible mounting media and
slap on a coverslip. I've even used my Hacker robot coverslipper to do this.
But I'm curious about using a coverslip directly over wet Crystal/Mount. This
seems like such an easy answer, I wonder why the manufacturer doesn't suggest
this? Anyone have any ideas?
