I responded to your fixative question via the Histonet.  Secondly, yes
the comments made by J.A. Kiernan were completely inappropriate.  I hope
this does not stop you, or anyone else from posting questions on the
Histonet.  If you ever have any basic histology questions, please feel
free to contact me directly.  Histology is a field   you can master over
time, but you will never have all the answers.  We all started
somewhere, and maybe some of us forget that simple fact.
