Hi Everyone!
  I'm being asked to do some IHC for a grant proposal.  The original person
who was doing the staining is leaving for another position.  The
antibodies in question are collagen type X, alpha actin, and osteocalcin. 
They have been getting non-specific staining with the osteocalcin. These
are all being done on mouse tibia andTMJ.  I would appreciate any help,
hints or procedures to get me started.  I have some experience with IHC,
but not in bone or animal tissue.  Thanks in advance.
