Subject: Gomori's trichrome stain
Does anyone out there have any suggestions regarding the microwave Gomori's Trichrome procedure? I get my kit from Sigma and have been doing this particular stain for a number of years. However, in the past year or so, I have been having a problem with the tissue coming off of the slide in the trichrome stain or the acid step. I don't feel that my microwave is really the problem and I use an adhesive on my slides. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
