I tried the Giemsa stain yesterday and it worked very well.
I used the Jenner stain for 3 mins. and the Giemsa stain for 45 mins.
The modified Kinyoun acid fast (decolorizing in sulfuric acid; counterstaining
with light green) gave good results. I will be trying the Alcian Blue stain
today.
