Good morning,

We do not store PFA (paraformaldehyde) fixed frozens, just proceed directly
with immunostaining. Question: for those who fix frozen sections with
this fixative, do you store PBS rinsed, air dried sections at -80C for
future IHC staining. OR do you store them in PBS until staining can
be done?

Interested in some storage protocols for PFA fixed frozens.

Many thanks,
Gayle Callis
