Dear All,
I am following a method that insufflates mouse lung with indian ink
then fixes with Fekete's fixative and counts metastases using a
dissecting microscope. I presume from the paper that the lung mets are
counted using their white appearance without further processing. Has
anyone with experience counting lung mets in mice got any tips?
