We use Zymed's rabbit polyclonal antibody (18-0211) and get excellent results. We dilute the antibody 1:100 for a 30' incubation or 1:500 for overnight staining (both with EnVison+/DAKO) detection. HIER may improve immunoreactivity. R. Cartun
