Hi Rick,
I routinely use Dako's Ki-67 and have used Coulter's Ki-67 MIB-1. Both I
retrieve with BioGenex'citra buffer for a total of 30min in the microwave.(3min at 80% and 27min
at 20%) I use Dako's at 1 :50 and Coulter's at 1:25 and use Dako's LSAB2
detection kit. I have a Ki-67 positive tonsil for a control.
Works well.
