  The idea of a kit is that it includes everything 
  _except_ the primary antibody, so that you can use one
  kit to do immunohistochemical tests with lots of
  different primary antibodies. Kits are expensive, and
  if you buy a new one for every different immunohistochemical
  test it won't be long before your limited budget is all in 
  the kit company's coffers.
