I was fortunate to visit the Cytologix corporate office and see the Artisian in action and was VERY impressed.  I think I have mentioned this before on the HistoNet that their retic and Steiner were superior to any I have seen in my 20 something years in this business (and I have been told I'm a perfectionist).   It was truly difficult to admit a machine could produce such beautiful special stains, but if I were in a buying position in a small laboratory.......a purchase order would be made for this one.   I think it's a unique type of automation to be able to set up all specials and immunos on one machine (Please forgive me if I am wrong) while that valuable (short-staffed) histotechnologist could be used somewhere else.   It's worth a test drive!
