Dear Judi,

We have been manufacturing cryostats for over 44 years, we have a policy to
manufacture the cryostat the customer requires, which means we can custom
build to suit your requirements. This has lead on to us being able to supply
an extensive range of cryostats with many options, some of which you do not
see in the USA, some for industrial applications that very few see.

We have just completed and shipped a new model cryostat to Japan, which is
to address their ergonomic requirements, in fact we received 3 more orders
before the first order was shipped.

Please come back to me with the ergonomic features you would like to have,
to suit all the cryostat users in your laboratory and we will see what we
can come up with.

Best Regards

Alan Bright
