Hello Ginny,
I use citra buffer in the microwave, 3min at 80% and 7min at 20% for a
total of 10minutes.  I use BioGenex' Citra 10X cat.#HK086-9K with
Dako's CD8 cat# M7103 on human tissue.  Hope this helps.
