I am trying the other way and am having trouble completely removing the
Diff-Quik before the WG. I too could use help.

Subject: destaining of special stain and restaining with
ER/PR
I'm working on an important project that is going to require the
destaining
of an FNA smear(Wright-Giemsa).
There may not be any acid alcohol components available, and this
will need
to be restained with a Diff Quik and possibly with an ER/PR. Does
anyone
have any words of wisdom as far as the best method of destaining
that will
not thoroughly destroy receptor
sites?
Thank you so much. This is a humanitarian effort.
