Dear Ian,

Which constitutive NOS do you have in mind? If it's neuronal NOS, try the
pAb from www.upstatebiotech.com (Upstate Biotechnology) in Lake Placid, NY.
If it's endothelial NOS, the mAb from www.translab.com (Transduction
Laboratories) works well though they make numerous NOS primaries. We had
success using both of them in our immunohistochemical studies.

Subject: cNOS.

Anyone have a 'good' supplier for cNOS. Found a few in the
catalogues just wondered if there is a favourite.
Ian.

Many thanks for the replies on clearing agents, definately food for
thought.
Ian.
