Histonetters,
I am looking for a solid protein-like matrix that can be embedded into
parafin and sectioned. We've tried different percentages of gelatin
from 2-8% but have had trouble keeping them intact and the processing is
problematic. Has anyone had any experience with fixing and sectioning
gelatin or know of any other solid protein-like substances that would
work?
