I am looking for a good reference book or articles on use of green
fluorescent protein in fixed or frozen tissues. (preferably mouse) I have
had mixed answers that range from don't do anything to the tissue just
freeze it, section it and coverslip with aqueous mountant all the way to
fix and embed like normal tissue. Thanks in advance, all input will be
appreciated. anita
