Dear Histonetters,

What I have found works well for CD10 in our lab is to use DAKO's high ph target retrieval solution instead of citrate buffer antigen retrieval.  We use it at 1:10 for 32 min on a Ventana immunostainer with their Amplification kit.  But it probably would work manually if you incubate longer.
