Is there an antibody available to human acetylcholinesterase which can be
used for immunochemistry? If there is one which works on paraffin sections,
even better.
It would be nice to be able to use immunochemistry for diagnosis of
Hirschsprung's disease instead of the enzyme histochemistry method we
currently use, which needs fresh, frozen sections and has a couple of
hazardous reagents.
