[Histonet] RE: workman's comp and your liability coverage

Charles, you put it so very eliquently!  I don't think
the histology managers took this fact into
consideration.  They may not have been aware that all
states have these laws in affect.  It is very
difficult to assess the skills a potential candidate
for a job has.  Especially when the practical exam has
been taken away, but there are liability issues to
take into consideration.
