Hello, a colleague of mine is in search of a Tris buffer that's 
appropriate to titrate the pH of both 30% and 20% CaCl2 ( Calcium 
Chloride). Has anyone a source for the concentration of the buffer 
needed? Also, should she use Trizma - Base alone or a combination of 
Trizma -Base & Trizma - HCl. Your prompt replies will be much
