Dear All
Please can anyone help by sharing with me tips on Immunoflorescent staining 
on formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue on poly-L-lysine slides.

We are trying to stain avian tissue using an inhouse produced anti sera 
followed by a commercial florescent conjugate which has worked well on 
cryostat cut sections.
