Try using Immuno Rapid decal from BBC Co.  Our Iron stains are beautiful on the cores now!!

Subject: [Histonet] Bone Marrow Iron Stains




   I  am having a problem getting my bone marrow aspirate cell blocks and 
   core  biopsies  to stain positively for Iron.  The aspirate smears are 
   staining fine.  The cell block and core biopsy are fixed in 10%NBF and 
   the  core  biopsy  is  decaled  for  one hour in Cal-Ex (Fisher).  Any 
   suggestions??
