  We use rat anti-mouse Mac 3 Pharmigen # 550292. Hier in steamer with Dako Target retrieval Solution for 30 min. Incubation 2 Hours at RT or overnight at 4 C. It works wonderful in FFPE mouse aortic root. If you need more detailed protocol, e-mail me.
