I think immunohistochemistry is best because most positive cases can be identified within seconds and it will identify "intracellular" H. pylori which can be missed on conventional histochemical stains.

Hi everyone!
 
I'm doing a project on different staining methods for H. pylori in  gastric 
biopsies, and just out of interest really wondered which special stains =20
different labs routinely use for this purpose.  My lab uses the  Modified Giemsa.
