The AFIP manual (3rd edition, 1968, I don't know about other editions) 
has photos of artifacts after the last numbered chapter.
For electron microscopy, there is a book called "An Atlas of Artifacts", 
I don't remember the author off the top of my head.
I can't offer any suggestions for your body fluid question.
