[Histonet] HIER - best retrieval with minimum tissue damage?
From: | "Kristopher Kalleberg" |
I almost exclusively perform IHC on skin and always use the pressure cooker for
HIER. I rarely have any problems or encounter disruptions in the morphology of
the sample. I put the slides in the pressure cooker and when the pressure
reaches the appropriate level I let them cook for 6 minutes. It seems to be a
fail-safe. Hope this helps.
