In light of the problems we have just experienced, may I make a plea that users not reply to a digest posting as a whole?  Those of us who use digest mode end up having to scroll through an entire digest message to find the few postings in which one is interested.  "Reply" but please delete everything before and after the posting to which you are replying.  Not doing so ridiculously increases the length of the digest.
