   Could  any  one give a best= fixative for IHC work in bone sections
   for  electron  microscopy  studies.  I  =  am  fixing presently in the
   karnovsky's  fixative.  Is  that  a best one? Simila= rly Which buffer
   (cacodylate   or  phhospahte  buffer  )  is  the  best  to  prepare     karnovsky's  fixative.  Since  cacodylate  is  stable  i am  presently
   using= it. Is there any other suggestions.
