[Histonet] Eosin Staining
I recently did some H&E staining for a PI and they said that the Eosin was too pink. She was told that I could remove the cover slip using xylene and could reduce the Eosin that way so I wouldn't have to cut any more slides. Would anyone know how to do this without hurting the tissue?
Thanks,
Jen
