I'm hoping someone can help. Someone I work with has been trying to be removed from this listserve for the past 2 weeks. He has followed instructions and put "unsubscibe" in the subject. He then gets a response saying he's been removed from the listserve. However, he still receives mail from the listserve. Is there a person we can contact or a way we can successful unsubscribe him?
