Dear all

I wonder what's the difference between cd79a and BLA 36. Would anyone =
give me a light on it?
CD79a reacts full spectrum of B cell? I have a case BLA 36 (+) and CD79a =
(-) lymphoma, and then this is a kind of B cell, or something else? The =
manufacturer says BLA 36 stains Reed Steinberg cell and also non =
Hodgkin's lymphoma cells. But I am still wondering whether some kind of =
BLA 36 (+) non Hodgkin's lymphomas not react with CD79a, though of the B =
cell origin.=20

Hope anyone out there disentangle me from this confusion. I am a novice =
to ICC.=20
