Carrie,
try StatLab Medical Products near Dallas. Their number is 1-800-442-3573.
They have 24 x 40 mm and work pretty well in automatic coverslippers.  The
coverslips are made in Germany in a controlled environment.  I've been using
these over  12 years and have yet had problems with the coverslips sticking
together.  Good Luck
