I use DAKO M7249, (TEC3) rat anti mouse, for FFPE and zinc fixed PE murine
tissue - antigen retrieval with pH 6.0 Citrate buffer.
It's beautiful.  The only drawback is that I have to use a 1:10 dilution
for the best results.  I can send you a photo if you like!!

Hi Histonetters,
 please help me with the best monoclonal for Ki-67 in mice and rats for
FFPE tissue.
 Our Ki-67(MIB-1) for humans does not work. There must be a better solution
than
 PCNA (we don't want it !)
