For our mesothelioma cases we are using BioCare Medical's polyclonal calretinin on our Ventana instruments with good results after using EDTA buffer for heat retrieval.  If you'd like more specifics, please feel free to contact me!

Am I just not holding my mouth right or what?
I can get some reactivity with calretnin on CNS tissue but it really isnt 
distinct and clean.
I would appreciate any tips or suggestions form the you all.
