Dear Colleagues,

As a favor to a friend of a friend etc, I have been given inflated rat lung
fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde to embed in epon/araldite.  I have EM
experience but have never worked with lung.  The specimen will be used for
3D reconstruction so the pieces need to be larger than I routinely process. 
I need to know how to embed this research specimen and still keep the tissue
in its expanded state.
