Dear Jane,   I just looked at the procedure and you are right....beside the 
Twort Stain it does say "make fresh"....... but it shouldn't. Please delete 
those two words. I guess I have looked at that procedure so many times I 
have just missed seeing that. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I 
have already deleted it from my copy so I won't send it out like that again.
