The only knife sharpener I am aware of that will sharpen tungsten carbide d
profile knives is the ThermoElectro (not sure of their new name) or Shandon
knife sharpener.  Yes, they are expensive but the only way to do it in
house with good results and maintain the bevels on each side of blade.
You eventually have to send the knife off for reconditioning even after
using this sharpener.  It is a special sharpening technic, but doable.
Otherwise, have extra knives and send them off for reconditioning, Delaware
Diamond Knives in USA charges approx $200 US dollars per knife.
