I have a question about shift differentials.  We have three different shifts

at the hospital where I am employed - day, evening, and morning (midnight).

There is no shift differential for the day shift.  The evening shift 
differential just increased from 10% to 15% (vacancies were cited as the
reason for 
justifying this increase).  The morning or midnight shift still gets just
15%.  

I would appreciate it if I could find out what other institutions offer for 
shift differentials (if any).  Thanks a bunch.
