RE: Double Immuno-staining
From: | "Sebree Linda A." (by way of Histonet) |
We've done dual labelling on Ventana immunostainers. One that comes to
mind is Ki67/CD31. We did HIER in 1mM EDTA for 3" in Biocare's decloaking
chamber followed Ki67 (1:75 of Zymed's/28")using DAB detection with AB
block and amplification but no counterstain. We followed that with CD31
staining (1 drop of Neomarker's/4")using Alkaline Phosphotase Red with
amplification and counterstain.
This is just an example; we've done other combo's. Let us know if you have
particular questions and maybe we can help you out.
